IFS based Coaching

Personal
As a coach, I sometimes work with clients who already know what isn’t working in their lives. They’re aware of the patterns they want to change, the emotions they no longer wish to carry, or the beliefs that hold them back—yet knowing this doesn’t always tell them what to do next. Because IFS is a parts-based approach, it allows us to work directly with the specific aspects of you that are carrying pain, resistance, or protective strategies. By exploring and understanding these parts, clients often discover practical ways to shift long-standing patterns, gain clarity, and move forward with greater ease. It is a deeply hands-on and effective method for creating change from the inside out.
What is IFS ?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, evidence-based therapeutic approach that helps us understand the different “parts” that live within us. We all carry inner voices, feelings, and patterns—some protective, some wounded, some guiding—that together make up our inner world. At times, these parts can feel in conflict with each other, leaving us stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves.

IFS invites us to meet these inner parts with curiosity, compassion, and respect. By doing so, we can uncover the deeper needs behind our patterns, release burdens we’ve been carrying, and reconnect with a stronger sense of wholeness. This process often brings lasting healing, greater clarity, and more inner peace.

How does it work?
IFS is an internal approach. The idea is to visit your system, to get to know. To genuinely gain the trust of inner protectors and the parts they safeguard. In m practice I support clients in exploring their inner world in a safe and guided way. Together, we create space for self-discovery, where each part of you can be heard and understood without judgment. This allows your natural inner wisdom—the Self, as described in IFS —to come forward, offering calm, compassion, and clarity. Over time, this connection to Self becomes a source of stability and healing that you can carry with you into daily life.

If you find yourself feeling stuck in certain emotions, behaviors, or beliefs—or if you’re aware of parts of yourself that you haven’t been able to shift or soothe—IFS may offer a helpful path forward. This model is grounded in the understanding that there are no “bad” parts within us, only parts that have taken on roles to protect the whole system in the best way they know how.

Sessions generally last between 1 and 1,5h depending on your needs. They are mostly carried out via Zoom.
